We also sampled some of its healthy dishes lovingly prepared by The Vegan Lodge Soul Kitchen. We tried The Lodge Burger (340), which is made of taro and cauliflower patty, homemade papaya ketchup, arugula, banana, and peel “bacon” and caramelized onions.
Another must-try is the delicious Panang Curry (350), which consisted of Panang curry and coconut milk, mushrooms, cauliflower, and green leafy vegetables, served with red rice.
The Angel’s Banana Pancakes are delectable as well served with fresh bananas and whipped coconut cream. We had a yummy cup of hot local coffee and herbal tea. For dessert, we tried the Chocolate Mousse (190) made with local tablea, sea moss, coconut cream, and banana. Naturally sweet. Topped with seasonal fruits and mint.
