Bangkok, Thailand – Exquisine Global, the successful franchisor of Mango Tree and COCA Restaurants around the region, is bringing a new sense of freshness to the Asian restaurant sector, as it uses its successful franchising model to roll out an original fruit-based dessert café concept all across the region.

Yenly Yours is a chain of casual cafés that has grown organically from humble roots become to become one of Southeast Asia’s most refreshing and responsible F&B labels. Having originated 10 years ago at a family fruit farm in northern Thailand, the brand uses only the finest “nam dok mai” mangoes (also known as “Thai golden honey mangoes”) to create sublime smoothies and delicious desserts.

Health-conscious, farm-to-table dining is one of the fastest-growing trends in the culinary industry, and Yenly Yours’ fruit-based products will cater to an affluent group of consumers who crave naturally flavourful dishes. Each outlet will serve a selection of handmade desserts and drinks, ranging from cool mango smoothies and ice creams to Asian classics such as mango sticky rice and bualoy, and even creative alternatives such as mango crêpes and macarons. In addition, preserved products such as mango sweet fish sauce and mango sweet shrimp paste add a fruity tang to Thai cookery, and spectacular cakes and tarts make memorable gifts for loved ones.

Franchisees will benefit from being part of an internationally-known café chain with full support in terms of staff training, sales, marketing, and branding. They will also be able to purchase and import premium Thai mangoes directly from the farmers and sell them to supermarkets and wholesalers, further boosting potential profits. A sustainable and community-focused brand, Yenly Yours sources the finest fruit from a cooperative network of Thai producers, creating value throughout its entire distribution chain.

The world’s mango dessert brand

The overall aim is to establish Yenly Yours as the world’s leading mango dessert brand. The company currently operates an international network of 21 bright and colorful kiosk-style outlets in Thailand and Singapore, with a new café in Cambodia under construction and scheduled to open soon. Exquisine Global will now use its international expertise and franchising model to introduce Yenly Yours to many more Asian destinations in the coming years, with the total global portfolio expected to reach 30 locations by the end of 2022.

Each store will typically be between 30 and 70 square meters in size, with counter service and a limited amount of seating. The majority of business will be takeaway, although a small number of tables will allow some customers to enjoy their drink or dessert at the store. Target locations will include areas with high footfall, such as shopping centers and transport hubs.

“Exquisine Global is a proud ambassador for Thai brands around the world. As a pioneer of creative and innovative culinary concepts that appeal to a wide audience of consumers, we want to use our expertise and experience to help more Thai brands expand overseas and represent Thailand on a global stage. This is what we are passionate about!” said Trevor MacKenzie, Managing Director of Exquisine Global.

Trevor MacKenzie, Managing Director of Exquisine Global, and Tawatchai Watsirisaree, Founder & CEO, Yenly Yours.

“As a business that started with an owner’s passion for high-quality produce and authentic cuisine, Yenly Yours fits perfectly into our brand portfolio. Having grown from humble beginnings, this innovative company is now showcasing its exquisite nam dok mai mangoes on a multinational level. We want to help them grow further, by enabling franchisees to benefit from our cooperative network and allowing even more diners to taste the sweet flavor of Thai mangoes,” Mr. MacKenzie added.

12 years and counting

“Now entering our 12th year, Yenly Yours is Thailand’s mango leader, in terms of our branch network and market share. Following this agreement, our new goal is to become the biggest mango dessert brand in the world. With this franchise contract, we plan to expand to 30 branches in 2022, including overseas locations in Singapore, Vietnam, and Cambodia. To expand our business effectively and with clear goals, we must have partners who share the same vision. This is an important step for us and we look forward to working with our new franchise partners and talented investors around the world,” said Tawatchai Watsirisaree, Founder & CEO, of Yenly Yours.

The Asia Pacific expansion of Yenly Yours will take place alongside Exquisine Global’s ambitious growth plans. This passionate company, which has successfully expanded the COCA and Mango Tree brands with almost 70 outlets in 13 countries, will now bring Yenly Yours to the global stage.

There may still be some travel restrictions around the globe because of safety concerns, but there are ways and means to still be connected with our favorite world destinations. One of which is through their food and cuisine.

Crowne Plaza Manila Galleria reached out to fellow IHG Hotels & Resorts in Japan to celebrate cultural diversity as they include their signature dishes to Seven Corners Restaurant’s buffet items.

Dive into an authentic Japanese experience as we welcome ANA Crowne Plaza Chitose – Hokkaido’s signature dish, Namara Don. Enjoy your Japanese Rice Bowl topped with your choice of fresh seafood such as Tarako (Cod Roe), Ika Sashi (Squid Sashimi), Matsumae Zuke (Pickled Kombu and Dried Squid with Soy Sauce), okra, etc., loaded onto freshly-cooked rice and poured with soy sauce or dashi. A perfect mix of flavors in your bowl.

ANA Intercontinental Beppu Resort & Spa shares their authentic signature Japanese dish – Mentai Dashimaki Tamago by Chef Takao Ishida. Mentai Dashimaki Tamago is a type of omelet that contains a lot of broth. It can be imagined as a softly-baked omelet with kansai-style seasoning. Mentaiko (Pollock Roe) is added into it.

You’ve probably tried lots of different types of ramen but have you ever tried a ramen dish consisting of noodles which are eaten after being dipped in a separate bowl of soup or broth? Join Seven Corners as they unravel the newest addition to their noodle section, an original take on Tsukemen.

Spend your graduation celebration at Tia Belle’s Tagaytay

Now that graduation is drawing near, everything feels like a hazy blur. All the plans and requirements that need to be completed before the actual rites can be stressful at some point. With all these things in mind, planning a memorable graduation celebration can be a challenge. Don’t panic – we know just the right place!

Tia Belle’s is Tagaytay’s best-kept secret – a haven of great food partnered with a wonderful ambiance, all within a few hours’ drive away from Manila. It features a variety of Filipino cuisine that will surely make your mouth water and your heart swell with pride. True to its word, Tia Belle’s Tagaytay will surely give you a taste of home.

Humble origins

Evelyn Wise, the person behind Tia Belle’s, is deeply committed to paying homage to the diverse culinary history of the Philippines. As a Nueva Ecija native, she has been exposed early on to the dynamic nature of cooking. For Evelyn, cooking is both an art and a skill. “Every time I am in the kitchen, cooking and concocting sauces, I feel like dancing — dancing with my wok,” she playfully narrates. Her love for cooking is honed with her burning passion and dedication.

She had her share of travel as she also spent 20 years living in Europe, basking in the shores of international cuisine until Evelyn felt that there is no place like home – the very words that established Tia Belle’s to the culinary beacon it stands today. With each year, it grows and expands to being one of the best-rated restaurants in the South.

Definitely Filipino

Each dish served in Tia Belle’s is intricately cooked to perfection, with its ingredients and methods stemming from genuine Filipino cuisine. Among her best sellers are the flavor-rich Pancit Malabon and cheesy Pichi-pichi. Travelers from all over the country also come for Tia Belle’s lomi assortments, the ever-so-fantastic Bulalo lomi, and Mucho lomi.

Lumpiang Laguna

Of course, Tia Belle’s also pays attention to homegrown recipes. This sumptuous lineup includes the classic nilagang baka Tagalog (Bulalo), lumpiang bukid and the crunchy lumpiang Laguna, and of course, the piping hot crispy pata that makes everyone’s mouth water. These dishes are perfect for families looking for a traditional home-cooked meal while celebrating a lifetime achievement.

Nilagang Baka (Bulalo)

Tia Belle’s has always valued Filipino values more than anything, which is why its hospitality is like no other. “We want to be of service to our fellow countrymen while keeping and incorporating the important values and traditions of what being Filipino is all about,” Evelyn proudly shares. She wants Tia Belle’s to feel like a home wherein everybody can dine and share stories, all while keeping the Filipino culture and spirit alive.

Lumpiang bukid

All-around resto

As you enter Tia Belle’s, a warm welcome from the staff, and even Tia Belle herself will envelop customers with pride and happiness. Of course, they love taking part in their customers’ milestones too – which is why Tia Belle’s is the go-to restaurant for family occasions and celebrations.

Aside from its variety of scrumptious dishes, dining at Tia Belle’s feels like traveling back in time as they play Kundimans while the customers enjoy their meals. Their interior design has so much to say as well – the native Filipino trimmings and antique setup give off the ancestral home vibe.

Tia Belle’s also offers dine-in, take-out, and delivery options. They also accept advance orders and pick-ups. Health protocols are also strictly observed on the premises. To complete Tia Belle’s dining experience, customers can also visit the gift shop, Tia’s Aromatherapy Essential Oil and Cleopatra from Canada. They sell souvenirs and pasalubong to bring home to your loved ones.

For your graduation celebration, Tia Belle’s got you – it will surely reward your hardships with a glorious Filipino feast!

Tia Belle’s can be found at Putingkahoy, Silang Cavite, along Tagaytay – Sta. Rosa Rd. To learn more, you may contact them through these phone numbers: (049) 576 4155; 0939 3868 648; 0927 7133 558; 0929 1852 084; and 09554985998.
